That’s why we run our paid Spring into Deloitte work insight events, to show you the exciting careers and inclusive culture we offer. From learning new skills to networking and meeting diverse groups of people, it’s a chance to immerse yourself in the business world and see what feels right for you.

Who’s it for?

Our Spring into Deloitte programmes are for:

• Students in their first year of university (or second year on a four-year course: e.g. an integrated Masters course) who are on track for a 2:1
• Students studying at a UK university

Programme details

Audit and Tax at Deloitte is about more than numbers. We’re constantly seeking the new, and working together to achieve innovation, using tech to support our goals. If you have a strong interest in business and protecting the public interest, our teams could be right for you.

In this programme, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Learn more about the exciting projects we run
• Meet representatives from our diversity networks, including inspiring women and members of our Black Experience team
• Gain an insight into the work you could be doing
• Hear more about our values and inclusive culture

We’re excited to be offering Spring into Deloitte in Manchester on the following dates:

• 14th April – 15th April 2025

Spring into Deloitte can also open new opportunities within the firm. After you’ve completed your programme, you could convert to our Summer Vacation Scheme or Industrial Placement in Audit & Tax for 2026.
