Overview
I sat in corporate - mergers and acquisitions and was involved in drafting board resolutions, reviewing and proofreading due-diligence reports, sitting in online court hearings and composing research emails to associates. I was also involved in preparing a team presentation which was presented to partners at the end of the scheme. I would attend 1 hour sessions in the morning which would give us employability skills and knowledge of practice areas.
