It was hard work manual labour but great experience and exercise I liked the flexibility and the shift work that was accessible to the employees its great to work in such environment whilst your studying as it gives you plenty of time to work and study
At first when the placement started it was fairly fun and all but slowly the feeling went away I realized that working in BQ was not going to be easy I originally applied for the paint section but was posted in Gardening due to being the right size
I absolutely loved working at BQ Ive tried a few other jobs in the retail sectors and BQ is probably the one i enioyed the most simply because theres just so much varied work You get a new adventure everyday and they never overwork you I honestly c
I was really excited at the start of the two weeks but towards the end I was bored and just wanted it to end
loved the job the people team are great Customer Service can be tough but the motivation in the team kept us going I had to work really hard but the perks were great too
To some extent it was a struggle as Id never worked or done any other job like this but after training and working and the support from the manager and colleagues I found it really enjoyable
